What you'll do You will drive the evolution of CERN's Service Management platform, currently based on ServiceNow, in line with business needs and developments from the platform provider. Learn more: https://osi-dep.web.cern.ch/sms/ Your responsibilities Identify and present relevant technical solutions (e.g. AI based automation) by following new releases and announcements from the PaaS service provider (ServiceNow). Regularly interact with business process experts to capture business needs. Prepare and maintain a functional platform development plan in collaboration with our providers, business and the lead developer, participate to prototype building.
