Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. The Engineering Manager ensures the reliability of assets, continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, and deployment of automation solutions to support operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. Oversee a team of manufacturing engineers and automation engineers. Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for existing products in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
