Your career as a Customer Support Advisor at Booksy will give you the opportunity to make a real difference in the daily lives of beauty and wellness professionals. Working within our energetic Customer Success team, you’ll be the voice of Booksy, supporting our users via chat, calls, and emails from day one. You’ll build strong, empathetic relationships from the very first interaction, helping our community thrive by resolving technical issues and answering product queries efficiently. If you’re a natural problem-solver who loves connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of each user's experience and find creative ways to streamline our support workflows.
