YOUR MISSION This role is for a senior manager (Director of Finance) and member of Glovo’s Poland Leadership Team, who will lead the Finance team and own strategy that will shape the future of our business in the country and beyond We're looking for someone who has a mix of below: Operational excellence - to get great work done in every detail Collaboration and negotiation skills needed to deliver results with internal (local departments, HQ finance teams), and external (third party contractors, auditors, tax authorities…) stakeholders Strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions to bring Glovo’s strategy and profitability to next level Management skills and emotional intelligence required to lead and inspire a team THE JOURNEY Lead the F…
