OnLogic’s Legal team is seeking a Transactional Lawyer for its European team in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, with 5-8 years of post-qualified experience in commercial technology contract negotiations. This role will include responsibility for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements for the provision of computer systems and services to customers. The role will focus on supporting OnLogic teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. Our customers include many, if not most, of the largest companies in the world, such as original equipment manufacturers, integrators and distribution companies, and public sector/governmental entities.
