Join COSMOTE Global Solutions NV as a Senior Business Analyst and become a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. Daily support Single point of contact towards users and, if applicable, to other IT teams Problem follow-up and resolution Prioritisation Root cause analysis Documentation Maintain a log of all user support requests (including resolution) and provide monthly summaries to the JASPERS QMU Officer in a format to be defined at the start of the assignment Wherever necessary update the manuals Identify needs to improve the design and/or operation of the JASPERS applications Support J…
