In the role of Human Resources Intern at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, you will be an essential part of the HR department for the upcoming season. You will have the opportunity to learn the core practices of luxury hospitality HR, assist colleagues with their needs, and support the entire employee lifecycle.
