Your mission Ciao a tutti! We're thrilled to introduce a key role within our Legal and Contracts Department that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions. Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts. Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements. Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues. Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with bot…
