Team Overview and Job responsibilities Within Operations, in the Investment and Engineering Group, the Process and Machinery Engineering Manager has responsibility to analyze and validate the project proposals received from affiliates/plants at international level He/she will: establish regular follow up activities aimed at ensuring proper project execution; maintain the main machinery database of all affiliates; liaise with the internal customers (affiliates), understanding their needs; communicate and coordinate with local teams, plant managers and other involved functions; assist local teams in the management and resolution of issues by providing guidance and transferring knowledge from other plants; identify best practices to be adopted at group level by extended benchmarking on specif…
