KEY ACCOUNTS PARTNER OPERATIONS The Team The Partner Operations Manager sits within the Italy Operations department and is focused on improving the experience of our customers when they place an order from our largest and highest volume restaurants and grocery partners. You will work in our offices in Milan. The role As a Partner Operations Manager you will improve the delivery operations associated with our highest volume partners. You will resolve issues across multiple stakeholders and test solutions to address them. You will also work with the commercial team to equip them with the necessary tool set to improve site performance, while aligning the aims of Partner Operations with other functions in the business.
