This Marketing Strategy and Operations role primarily manages global operations for the Developer Groundswell Program and supports Marketing AI Initiatives. Sitting at a critical intersection within the organization, you will be a part of a team that serves as the connective tissue between our technical (Builder Relations), growth (Revenue Marketing) and sales (Solution Architect) teams. You will be responsible for the systems and processes that enable developer engagement within MongoDB priority accounts. You will coordinate with Builder Relations, Revenue Marketing, and Sales to scale program reach globally. Additionally, you will oversee the deployment of an internal Marketing AI bot and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team productivity through AI. With both the developer gro…
