We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join us. You will need to demonstrate that you can partner with business managers and leaders to understand their business objectives and provide relevant strategic HR inputs. Reporting to the UK&I Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with the UK HR Shared Services to team to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the businesses you support and to support the entire life cycle of the employee experience. To be successful, you must be able to develop meaningful relationships with all managers in your businesses, and other people teams in the organisation.
