We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Employee Relations. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responds to general employee relations inquiries and non-high risk ethics concerns autonomously or with limited guidance. Will conduct limited scope / lower-risk investigations with limited guidance and/or oversight of the senior team members. May serve as partner to senior team members on complex or high-risk matters. Can perform non-high risk ER work and other project work fairly autonomously or with limited direction from senior team members.
