The Concrete Finisher prepares, places, and finishes concrete to achieve the required surface texture, appearance, and durability. They work on residential, commercial, and civil construction projects, ensuring concrete meets project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Set forms and check levels, alignment, and dimensions. • Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand and power tools. • Smooth and finish surfaces using screeds, floats, trowels, and finishing machines. • Apply textures, patterns, or decorative finishes as required. • Edge, groove, and joint concrete to prevent cracking. • Cure and protect freshly poured concrete. • Repair and resurface damaged concrete. • Operate and maintain finishing e…
