Description A&L Goodbody's Structured Finance & Capital Markets Group advises leading domestic and international financial institutions, investment managers, corporate issuers, arrangers, originators and investors on complex financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes and structures. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Senior Associate to join our market-leading team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions involving securitisations, structured finance products, capital markets issuances, fund financing arrangements and other innovative financing structures.
