JOIN OUR TEAM As a Team Lead Business Development People & Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Westwing’s people agenda and driving organisational effectiveness. Operating directly within the CPO Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer to lead a broad portfolio of business-critical initiatives concerning our workforce, leadership, and culture. In this high-visibility role, you will translate corporate priorities into actionable people strategies, prepare decision-making materials for the Executive Team and Supervisory Board, and shape executive and internal communications. You will lead a talented team of 5-7 across both the Business Development People and Learning & Development functions. This position is based in Munich and limited to 1 year …
