About the Job The Industrial Supply Chain Manager (I-SCM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the manufacturing and supply chain network to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and scalable production. The role leads industrialization initiatives such as volume ramp-ups, manufacturing transfers, product changes, and supplier and factory onboardings while serving as the Supply Chain Management representative in industrialization projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the I-SCM ensures that supply chain requirements are fully integrated into project execution, drives capacity and loading strategies across internal and external manufacturing sites, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, efficiency, and resilience.
