In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with product and service-related inquiries. Provide timely solutions to customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information.…
