We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Transformation Program Manager to orchestrate a number of significant transformation initiatives within our Global HR organization. In this role, you will lead the global transition from a country-based HR structure towards a globally aligned HR operating model. You will play a key role in creating a connected, efficient, and scalable HR organization that enables our business to grow and continuously expand our ability to improve the lives of millions of people with hearing loss. As our HR Transformation Program Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating the execution of various projects aimed at creating an efficient HR organization that delivers high quality HR services globally.
