The Role We're looking for a People & Talent Generalist to build and scale our HR function from scratch to support our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US. This role will own all aspect of HR ranging from people operations, talent acquisition, employee experience programs, and HR policies, and ensuring we attract, retain, and support exceptional talent while maintaining a strong and inclusive culture.
