Job Purpose The Medical Affairs Director for Spain leads the Medical Affairs strategy across multiple therapeutic areas including Cardiology/Urology, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry and OTC. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), ensuring scientific excellence, cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business objectives. Reporting to the General Manager and serving on the Country Leadership Team, the position contributes to the company’s strategic direction and business priorities.
