This Talent COE role reports directly to the CSE People Director Role responsibilities As the CSE MCO Talent Management Partner, you will act as a key advisor on all aspects of Talent Management in support of the business and P&C Strategy, including being responsible for translating the global talent strategy in the CSE Market, knowing the key talents to ensure a diverse pipeline for Cross Moves, and serve as a thought leader to the MCO Senior leadership and Market PBP for all Talent matters.…
