As Head of Total Rewards Operations Center, you'll manage a team of 6 people responsible for providing administrative support for compensation and benefits processes, with a strong focus on customer service and process efficiency. Based in Wroclaw in a hybrid model (2 days in office), you'll be the single point of reference and escalation for HR operational issues. Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, delegating, monitoring, and evaluating your team's performance while developing their competencies. You'll provide administrative support and expertise to HR teams, manage global compensation and benefits projects, and support the implementation of global, regional, and country-specific policies and regulations as guided by HR leadership.…
