Position Overview Ajaia is hiring an IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to own the company's internal technology operations and infrastructure management. You will run day-to-day IT: managing cloud environments (GCP and Azure), administering internal tools, handling device management for a distributed international team, and ensuring everything stays secure, documented, and running. This is a hands-on role, not a management layer. You will configure, troubleshoot, document, and automate. Security and compliance responsibilities (HIPAA, SOC 2) are part of the scope, but the primary emphasis is on keeping the company's infrastructure reliable, scalable, and well-managed.
