We're hiring a growth Product Manager to own the buyer side of InPost's ecommerce marketplace – acquisition, activation, retention. Millions of people in Europe already receive parcels through InPost. Far fewer of them start their shopping with us. Closing that gap is the job. You'll own the buyer funnel end to end: how we communicate the USP, how first-time buyers get onboarded, what makes them come back for a second order, and where they drop off in between. This is an experimentation role, not a spec-writing role. You'll run a high-velocity test pipeline with engineering, design and data, and use what you learn to argue for bigger bets.
