JUNIOR COST MANAGER Location: Warsaw, Wrocław Role accountabilities: Support the preparation of initial budget estimates and cost plans. Assist in updating cost plans throughout design development Support the preparation of bills of quantities, pricing documents and tender documentation. Assist with tender analysis and the preparation of tender reports. Support monthly valuations, variation assessment and change management processes. Assist with final account reconciliation. Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises. Prepare and support the development of cost analyses, benchmarking studies and project cost reports. Support effective communication with clients, consultants, designers and other project stakeholders. Participate in client, design team and site meetings.…
