We are looking for a hands-on Lead Business Analyst. This role is not entirely administrative, and you will spend most of your time working on analytical tasks with the team. Responsibilities: Conducting the full cycle of business analysis from identifying business needs and researching the domain to supporting the implementation of solutions. Conducting discovery phases, analyzing As-Is processes, designing To-Be states, and identifying risks, limitations, and dependencies. Identifying, analyzing, and formalizing functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices and techniques.
