The Cash and Trade role is responsible for providing high-quality service to internal and external customers by ensuring their expectations are consistently met, maintaining high standards and supporting the expansion of the Trade business. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Financial Institutions and Corporate clients via email, phone and Zoom, while delivering an excellent client experience Understand and adhere to all internal rules, policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements Perform screening of trade finance and trade services transactions in accordance with all applicable policies and controls Process and book trade finance and trade services transactions accurately and in line with established procedures Monitor due contracts and follow up on outstanding items…
