Job Title Customer Order Specialist (all genders) Job Description Customer Order Specialist Your role: Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked, screened and allocated. Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy…
