We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Executive Event Producer. Backed by our talented production team, you will focus primarily on leading the production of our crown jewel, the Nordic Business Forum in Helsinki and the Thinkers50 Summit & Gala in London. Additionally, you will participate in developing our other events in Amsterdam and Oslo. Nordic Business Forum is one of the largest leadership conference productions in the world. As an Executive Producer, you will play a key role in its development and execution each year. This includes for example content design, scripting, logistics, catering, networking concepts, security, budgeting, and the livestream experience.
