Ververica is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our HR and office operations in Germany. This role is central to delivering a smooth employee experience, maintaining HR compliance, and keeping our day-to-day operations running efficiently. You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and cross-functional teams across our European offices. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Administration Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including preparation of employment documents, work equipment coordination, and company asset collection/return.
