Skeleton's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! It's a dynamic role that covers activities from employer branding initiatives to sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiations, and handover to the onboarding process. What you'll do: Cover full-cycle recruitments: being a sparring partner for the hiring manager, compiling job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods. Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates.
