The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between Sony Semiconductor Solutions and automotive customers, conducting root cause analysis of returned components and delivering timely, compliant responses. This role ensures quality excellence across the automotive supply chain while maintaining customer trust and regulatory alignment within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
