We are offering a fully funded project manager position starting September or October 2026. The project is focused on understanding the immunobiology of necrotising enterocolitis (NEC), an inflammatory intestinal disease of premature infants. The goal is to perform detailed phenotyping and sequencing of immune cells from resected tissue in order to gain insight into the disease process and etiology. The position will be in close collaboration with Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen and Odense University Hospital. You will join a dynamic and international team that utilizes in vivo mouse work and human clinical samples to understand the development of immune cells and their importance in various diseases, such as cancer and inflammation.
