Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Labor Standards Specialist, you support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the store labour standards model. Working closely with the Labor Standards Expert, you help ensure labour standards accurately reflect how work is performed in stores, enabling fair and data‑driven labour planning across store types, sizes and formats.
