As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting local HR operations in Sweden. This includes ensuring the compliant management of payroll, employee lifecycle activities, general services, and industrial relations matters for the project. You will ensure full compliance with Company standards, Client requirements, and applicable local legislation throughout construction and commissioning activities.
