The IT Support Engineer provides technical support and maintenance for the company’s IT systems, ensuring reliable availability of hardware, software, network services and end-user support. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role supports day-to-day IT operations, incident resolution, service requests and contributes to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
