What we are looking for: We are looking for a Design Director to help shape the long-term player experience for an upcoming AAA, cross-platform competitive title, with a focus on Live Service and Meta systems. This role requires a blend of high-level vision and hands-on design craft, driving both the “what” and the “how” of the game’s overall player experience. While a core focus will be on Live Service and Meta, this role may contribute more broadly to the game’s design direction as needs evolve.
