You will join the Global Operations team responsible to ensure QCommerce MFCs (micro fulfillment centers) operate with the global standards and best practices world wide. You will see MFCs growing from scratch to achieve operational excellence. Activities: Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC productivity for inbound and outbound operations. Work on different improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Be part of the definition and process implementation of strategic projects and Product deployments. Monitor and coordinate improvement plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards. Collaborate in the definition and management of benchmarking metrics for MFC operations.
