Hands-on, multi-tasking role covering the full lifecycle of predominantly Windows Server environments: installation, upgrades, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance. Lead local and remote office projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and handover. Support and maintain bespoke trading application infrastructure: provisioning, patching, upgrading, and environment management. Manage vendors and service providers, coordinating effectively with internal business and technology teams.
