At AXA Ireland, we’re recruiting for a Strategy and Performance Manager for our Chief Operating Office. The Strategy and Performance Manager is a strategic coordination and decision-support partner to the COO, operating across enterprise priorities. This role develops and maintains strategic and operational road maps, manages governance, oversees key initiatives, and ensures effective performance measurement. The successful candidate will drive intake management, maintain the COO scorecard, oversee Board papers, and craft compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
