JOIN OUR TEAM As a (Senior) Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening performance across Westwing by building and scaling impactful learning initiatives. You will focus on leadership development and targeted talent programmes, ensuring our teams have the skills and mindset to deliver strong results. This is a hands-on role with strategic exposure, where you will design and implement structured, high-quality learning solutions in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business.
