Your mission Starting August 2026 and based in Stuttgart or Berlin, you'll join us as our Founders Associate, working directly with our CEO and COO to drive the most strategic initiatives across the company. You'll be the right hand on high-impact decisions, the operator behind cross-functional execution, and the connective tissue between leadership and the rest of the team. This role gives you visibility and ownership across product, GTM, operations, and finance from day one.
