About the Role The Events and Community Assistant supports the Events and Community Manager and the wider events team in delivering well-organised, welcoming, and smoothly run events that enrich campus life and strengthen the CODE community. The role focuses on the practical, logistical, and administrative work that makes events successful: preparing spaces, coordinating resources, supporting organisers and guests, keeping event information up to date, and helping ensure events are delivered safely, accessibly, and in line with university policies.
