Lokalaise builds local AI infrastructure for companies that cannot move sensitive knowledge into cloud AI systems. We deploy AI inside customer-controlled environments and connect it to file servers, SharePoint, Outlook, project folders, technical documents and internal knowledge bases. Our stack combines local inference, secure connectors, permission-aware retrieval, citations and audit trails. We are a small founder-led team in Hamburg with live customer deployments. As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founders and help turn early deployments into a repeatable product.
