Your Mission: As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer (m/w/x) in the field of photonics, you are the link for the successful transfer of a new product from an idea to a mass-market product in manufacturing. In addition to introducing new products, you will also ensure compliance with LEAN manufacturing principles such as 5S, DFA, DFM and Kaizen, regardless of whether you are setting up a new production machine or developing a Jig for assembling products within the manufacturing process. Coordinate activities for the transfer of new products into manufacturing.
