The Account Manager - Rubber will deliver profitable sales growth and proactively manage, maintain and expand Prime’s rubber and automotive customer base in assigned areas by leading and motivating his/her direct reports to perform. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by proactively pursuing new and/or targeted accounts in the assigned region. Achieve annual sales plan objectives including volume and MSP profitability targets in the assigned region. Initiate actions and pursue contingency plans, as appropriate, to mitigate any expected sales plan short-falls or gaps. Establish, develop, maintain, and grow relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for Prime’s sourced products. Make regular telephone calls and in-person visit
