Role Purpose The BO Performance Excellence & Quality Senior Associate is a member of the core Data Acquisition (DA) Operations team, responsible for delivering high-quality, standardised back-office services. The role executes day-to-day operational activities in accordance with established processes, Service Level Agreements, and corporate standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all assigned tasks. Working closely with the DA Leader, Data Acquisition Back Office colleagues, and the Data Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Transformation teams, the Associate supports seamless service delivery, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps ensure a positive experience for customers, stakeholders, and vendors across supported countries.
