We are looking for a Warranty Operations Analyst to drive and optimize in-warranty and extended warranty operations across Europe, covering Sony's consumer and professional product portfolios. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with central and local customer service teams, service partners and internal partners to ensure efficient, compliant and high-quality warranty processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
