The work centres on supporting business leaders and their teams - helping them work through challenges, gain clarity, and make meaningful progress, with the broader goal of growing their companies' revenue, profitability, and salable value. Coaching is my passion. I care deeply about being fully present in every conversation and building strong, thoughtful relationships with the people I work with.
